The Network
Most communities are open to anyone with a credit card. VELO is not. Members are vetted and admitted in cohorts — each granted tiered clearance that unlocks wealth-building circles, private doctrine, and progressively deeper community.
The foundation is digital. Phase One gives you a secure portal, classified wealth methodology, and a network of peers with actual skin in the game.
Phase Two is physical: Genesis City — co-owned, eco-built sovereign communities where residents share in the prosperity they help create. Entry runs through the network.

Membership
VELO admits members in cohorts. Applications are reviewed; those selected receive an invitation. The bar is intentional — a weak member weakens the whole.
